Roustam V. Tariko

Mr. Tariko founded Russian Standard Bank with the mission of bringing affordable luxury to all Russian people. In less than 10 years, he has built the country’s largest and most profitable private consumer finance bank, which is widely viewed as a pioneer of the consumer credit sector in Russia. Mr. Tariko, who moved to Moscow at the age of 17, has become one of the most successful entrepreneurs in Russia today. After starting a series of successful consumer businesses, he founded Russian Standard Bank in 1999.

Dmitry O. Levin

Mr. Levin is a respected banking executive who joined Russian Standard Bank in 1999 as Director of Financial Markets. In 2001, Mr. Levin became Chief Executive Officer of Russian Standard Bank. After graduating from Moscow’s Financial Institute, Mr. Levin served at the Ministry of Finance before moving to the banking sector in 1991. Before joining RSB, he held positions at Sberbank and Mezhkombank.

Vladimir N. Pyshnyi

Mr. Pyshny has been working for Russian Standard Bank from the day of its foundation. Being the Head of Network Development Department, he created RSB’s regional network. In January, 2008 Vladimir Pyshny was appointed to the position of the First Deputy CEO. After graduating from Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics, Mr. Pyshny worked for the leading credit organizations such as MENATEP Bank and AKB ELBIM BANK.

Singapore in 1996 as a
Management Associate in Asia Pacific Consumer
Banking Division. Worked in various roles
in Citibank Singapore until 2003 in finance, operations,
and technology. Moved to Moscow in 2003 to start up
the Credit Cards Business of ZAO Citibank. Became Managing
Director and Head of Consumer Lending in ZAO Citibank in
2009. Moved to Russian
Standard Bank as Executive Director of Credit Cards Business in December
2009.

Kamal Boushi
Executive
Director of Acquiring and Strategic Initiatives
Russian Standart Bank
Mr. Boushi joined
Russian
Standard Bank in April 2006 to help the bank develop its new
retail banking strategy. A veteran of the financial services payment sphere, Mr.
Boushi spent 16 years at American Express in positions from Europe to Asia. In 2000, Mr. Boushi joined MasterCard to found
MasterCard Advisors, the division of MasterCard Worldwide that is one of the
leading consulting firms specializing in payments. Mr. Boushi's team advised
blue-chip banks, including Citibank, Royal Bank of Scotland, ABN Amro and Deutsche Bank,
among others.

Nikolai A. Itskov

Mr. Itskov has served as Russian Standard Bank’s chief financial officer since 2005. A graduate of the Yaroslavl Higher Military Economics College, Mr. Itskov has worked at some of Russia’s most respected financial institutions, including Dialog Bank and Renaissance Capital. From 1999-2003, Mr. Itskov served as Russian Standard Bank’s chief accountant.

Maxim A. Timoshenko

Mr. Timoshenko is responsible for capital markets activity and treasury operations of Russian Standard Bank. Mr. Timoshenko most recently was in charge of funding in structured markets where he has successfully managed several important securitisation transactions for the bank. Mr. Timoshenko holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Novosibirsk State University and a Master of Science degree in Economics from Higher School of Economics in Moscow.
